Change chart layout

In this VBA code example, you will learn VBA code to determine the layout of the current chart object. To determine the layout of a chart with VBA code  you need to use the the ApplyLayout() method. This method has the following prototype:

ActiveChart.ApplyLayout(Layout)

-The Layout argument can take value from 1 to 10 that represents layout of the chart.

To run this VBA example code, you can copy and paste the VBA code below in to the block of Worksheet_Activate() procedure. To open this block, double-click the current worksheet, then in the objects dropdown list select Sheet1 and in events list select Activate.
