XIII. Move cell pointer

In moving cell pointer, you have two ways: moving cell pointer through keyboard and moving cell pointer through mouse.

XIII.1. Move cell pointer through keyboard

To move cell pointer through through keyboard, you use the following keys:

+ Arrow keys

   - Excel 2007 Left Arrow (Left Arrow): Moves cell pointer to left one cell in a worksheet.

   - Excel 2007 Right Arrow (Right Arrow): Moves cell pointer to right one cell in a worksheet.

   - Excel 2007 Up Arrow (Up Arrow): Moves cell pointer up one cell in a worksheet.

+ Ctrl combination shortcut keys

   - Ctrl + Left Arrow: Moves cell pointer to the beginning cell (active row) in a worksheet.

   - Ctrl + Right Arrow: Moves cell pointer to the last cell (active row) in a worksheet.

   - Ctrl + Up Arrow: Moves cell pointer to the first cell (active column) in a worksheet.

   - Ctrl + Down Arrow: Moves cell pointer to the last cell (active column) in a worksheet.

   - Ctrl + Home: Moves cell pointer to the beginning cell of a worksheet.

   - Ctrl + End: Moves cell pointer to the last cell in a worksheet, in the lowest used row of the rightmost used column.

   - Ctrl + Page Up: Moves cell pointer to the left worksheet.

   - Ctrl + Page Down: Moves cell pointer to the right worksheet.

+ Alt combination shortcut keys

  - Alt + Page Up: Moves cell pointer to left one screen.

  - Alt + Page Down: Moves cell pointer to right one screen.

+ Other useful shortcut keys

   - Tab: Moves cell pointer to right one cell.

   - Shift + Tab: Moves cell pointer to the previous cell in a worksheet.

   - Home: Moves cell pointer to the beginning cell of a row in a worksheet.

   - End: Moves cell pointer to the cell in the lower-right canner of the window when Scroll Lock is turned on.

   - Page Up: Moves cell pointer up one screen in a worksheet.

   - Page Down: Moves cell pointer down one screen in a worksheet.
