IV. Sort data

Sort Data allows you to read and work with data more easier and faster. You can sort data in two ways are ascending and descending orders.

IV.1. Ascending

To sort data in ascending order, you need to select Ascending of the Sort drop-down list as shown in the picture below.

For example, sort all product names in ascending order.

IV.2. Descending

To sort data in descending order, you need to select Descending of the Sort drop-down list as shown in the picture below.

For instance, sort all product names in descending order.
