VI. Field Calculation

You can calculate on fields of a query such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and so on. For instance, calculate sub total by multiplying quantity field and unit price field as figure below.

Subtotal:[Quantity]*[UnitPrice]

One more example is that you want to create a query that displays all fields of TblProduct except CategoryID field and calculate the sub total of product( the products that has unit price greater than 3 dollars). To do so, follow the figure below:
