IV. Set Primary Key on a Field
You can set Primary Key on a field that you thought this field doesn’t allow redundancy data. For instance, the employee table has one field that prohibits duplicate data. This field is employee id. Therefore, you have to set Primary Key on this field. To do so, you have to follow the steps below:- Open Employee Table in Design View
- Click Employee ID
- Click Primary Key, in Tools group, Design tab
