IV. Sort Data

You may be easier to read or look for data(e.g. product name, student name, customer name..etc.)if you sort those data in ascending or descending order.

IV.1. Ascending

Ascending order is used to sort data from A to Z. To sort data in Ascending , you need to select Ascending in front of the Sort drop-down list as shown in the figure below.

For example, you want to sort all product names in Ascending order.

IV.2. Descending

Descending order is used to sort the data  from Z to A. To sort data in Descending , you need to select Descending in front of the Sort drop-down list as shown in the figure below.

For example, you want to sort all product names in Descending order.
